This is the second time I've used their sevices and on both occasions it's been second-to-none. John dealt with both my initial mortgage and my recent re-mortgage and was brilliant - very efficient, professional, helpful and informative throughout. Any time I had a query or was unsure about anything, he answered it really quickly and clearly. He explained all the options available to me and ran the figures in various ways at my request as I was initially unsure as to how much I'd need to borrow. When my circumstances needed to be amended, he very quickly sourced an alternative mortgage with another provider which was suitable and at a very competitive interest rate. Their fees are also extremely reasonable and affordable which is such a great help. I can't recommend MAB Ltd highly enough and will definitely use them again in future.
