I cannot rate Lucy highly enough ! This was our first buy to let mortgage and we were anxious about what our options were and what we would need to do/provide. The service was excellent. Our agent listened to our relatively complex situation and despite that, she was still able to secure us a great mortgage offer from a high street bank! Definitely worth it for anyone who wants to buy a house but has no clue on how to secure a mortgage.
